No word of a lie: most days at work are spent slavishly in front of my computer – replying to e-mails, grappling with excel documents and reading press releases are the reality of a day working on a magazine, not models, facials and glamour galore. This week, however, my ship came in: I got to toast the Neighbours cast on their 30th year, watch David Gandy doing some modelling exceptionally well in various states of undress, and interview Lily James in Claridge’s. A week less ordinary indeed.
I’ll link the Lily interview and film of 20 questions with Gandy to the Madeleine Loves Facebook page when it’s up on the Marie Claire website and you’ll find the David shoot in the June issue when it hits the shelves (trust me: you really want that issue), but in the interim I thought I’d just share a few of the snapshots taken on my humble iPhone for your viewing pleasure…
