It’s Love / Revlon Colorstay Nail Polish

Quick as a flash this post will be. More of a kiss blown in the direction of Revlon’s nail efforts than anything else. I was out late, you see, so have the fatigue. That aside, I also really have no shades of grey to explore regarding Revlon’s ColorStay Gel Envy Longwear Nail Enamel in Get Lucky, just straight up love.

Yep, it’s not really in keeping with the usual russet/bronze/ink colours I favour for autumn, but I almost feel that makes it more of a winner – like dating someone who isn’t your type, or a skinny jean addict finding a perfect pair of flares. I feel those similes may not adequately illustrate my point, but you get where I’m going – this one won me over, despite my predilections for darkness of nails around this time of year. And that makes it all the more special.

Revlon Get Lucky

A few other things to note. Price: great, probs works out at 5p per application. Brush: surprising – small and very curved, I had to get used to the degree of control but, once I had, more love. Wear: outstanding. No chips, smudges, odd indentations or loss of shine two days in. Excuse me while I go to make way for the whole Colorstay range on my polish shelf…
